GENERAL

  • Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. 
  • All transactions (payment verifications) will be attended to within 1-2 working days.
  • No cancellation of orders once it has been verified, unless otherwise stated.
  • Email enquires will be attended within 1-2 working days. 


DELIVERY 

  • Kindly ensure that the full and correct address is stated. Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in delayed delivery or may be returned back to us. 
  • Re-delivery fee will apply for returned parcels due to incorrect address. 
  • Orders will be shipped out within 2-4 working days unless otherwise stated. 


BACKORDERS

  • Estimated arrival time and updates on backorder status are stated under the individual items desciptions.
  • No emails will be sent regarding backorder updates unless otherwise stated.
  • If backorder has closed but still available for purchase, it means there are extra slots available and you can still place your order. 
  • We apologize that there may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. delayed shipment, lack of fabric, insufficient stocks). Please join only if you are comfortable with the wait.
  • Cancellation of orders for payment refund due to backorder delays are not applicable. However, you can opt for store credit refund with a validity of 12 months from date of issue. There will strictly not be any cash refunds.
  • Order that consist of instock and backorder item(s) will only be shipped out together when backorder arrives. If you would like to receive your instock item(s) first, kindly opt for "split shipment" during checkout.


DISCOUNT CODES & STORE CREDITS 

  • Please ensure that you input the code before checking out if any. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.
  • Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date.
  • Store credits are valid for 12-months from the date of issue, no refunds or extension are made for expired store credits.
  • Store credits can only be used once and not applicable for another exchange/return. 
  • Store credits are strictly non-transferable.
