EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

All sale/discounted items/lingerie items and items purchased during promotional period (using festive season discount codes/flash sale discount codes/cash voucher/store credit) are strictly not valid for exchange or return.

Please take note that item(s) purchased under bundle sales/ early bird prices are only accept to return and refund in purchase price since promotion period has ended. We DO NOT offer manual / direct exchange at this time.

Exchange for a different design is strictly not allowed, in such a case, store credits will be issued and you can use it to purchase for the new design. Only a one-time return of store credits is allowed.

All exchange and returns must be inquired and returned within 5 working days (Malaysia) / 10 working days (International) upon receiving from courier service. Request for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained. 

**A processing fee of RM5 (WM) & RM8 (EM) will be deducted from your store credits if free shipping had been provided for the order.

Shipping fees will be borne by customer unless the return is due to incorrect or defective items. 


To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item(s) must be: 

•           Unworn

•           Unwashed

•           In its original sold conditon with its tags intact and packaging


INCORRECT/DEFECTIVE ITEMS RECEIVED

We sincerely apologise if you have received an incorrect or defective item.

In the case of a defect item, kindly email to [email protected] or drop us a message at Instagram within 5 working days, attached together with a snapshot of the defect clearly. Any exchange/return requested after the timeframe will not be accepted. Our team will attend to you within 1-2 working days.

In the event the defect item is out of stock, a refund via store credit will be issued.

Minor defects such as loose threads, slight misaligment of seam, dropping buttons which can be sewn on, etc will NOT be considered for exchange/return/refund. For printed items, do allow variance as every individual piece may appear differently due to fabric placement. For light colored items, there may be slight small black dots which are not obvious. As this does not change the overall appearance of the item, it will not be considered a defect.

Return postage fees for return/replacement items will be borned by us. For West Malaysia maximum is RM8 / East Malaysia maximum is RM18.


RETURN PROCEDURE : 

•          Email us at [email protected] with your order number, and let us know the item (s) you wish to return. Please wait for our confirmation before proceeding with the next step, our team will proceed in 1-2 working days.

•          Pack the item(s) in an appropriate packaging to prevent it from being damaged/stained during transit. 

•          Please indicate Littletickle Return Form in return email or print out and include it in the returned parcel before sealing it. Please note that unidentified parcels will not be processed.

•          Send out the parcel via trackable mode of courier. Feel free to approach the nearest local post office or assistance.

RETURNS

Littletickle Boutique reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the merchandise before processing any returns or exchanges. 

Please note that we do not bear the shipping and handling charges of returning any rejected return or exchange request item/s to you.

Refund will only be in form of store credits. No cash refund(s) are allowed.

Should there be any dispute on the refund amount for any returns or exchanges, refunds will be based on the merchandise value stated in the invoice, after discount if applicable.

Our return and exchange policies do not cover damage derived from unique, accidental, or random damage resulting from wear and tear.
Littletickle Boutique ‘s decision regarding returns and exchanges are final.

 

MEASUREMENT DISCREPANCIES

Please note that measurement stated may vary 0.5-0.75 inches as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will NOT be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.

The true color of an item may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. Request for exchange/return due to such reason will be rejected.


These aspects are not considered to be defects and are therefore non-eligible for returns. 

 

BOUNCED PARCELS

We’ll be in touch via email in the event of a bounced parcel. 

However please note that we may charge you for the cost of re-attempted delivery.

Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after 1 year will be deemed as Littletickle Boutique’s property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR STORE CREDIT 

•           Store credits are only applicable for online purchases at littletickle.co

•           Store credits are valid for lifetime. (No expiry date)

•           Store credits may be used to offset the value of new purchases made online at littletickle.co

•           Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. They cannot be used to purchase of any gift vouchers.

•           Store credits will be given to you once return & exchanges have been finalised via email.

•           Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credits will require payment via SenangPay or offline banking for the balance due.
