ORDER & DELIVERY
Orders are typically packed and processed the following day and will be delivered within 1-3 working days.
All local deliveries are carried out by NINJAVAN only.
Please note that expected delivery date is at our best approximation and might be affected by conditions such as shipping restrictions, payment authorisation, online security checks and stock availability.
In the event of unsuccessful delivery, we will contact you via email. However, you will be required to make necessary top ups for a re-delivery to be arranged.
We will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customers and order may be subjected to top-up for re-delivery.

PARCEL TRACKING
Your tracking details will be sent via e-mail provided once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
DELIVERY DELAY
Please note that there may be a slight delay in delivery during peak periods such as sales and holidays such as Good Friday, Christmas and Chinese New Year.
BACKORDER
Do note that items under backorder are not in-stock items.
Backorder and in-stock items will be mailed together. It’s advisable to opt for the split shipment service (extra fees required) if you are looking to receive your in-stock items separately.
We do not provide cash refunds for backorder delays, backorder cancellation or stocks arrival in insufficient quantity. Instead, we’re happy to provide store credits with a 12-month expiry date.
