SELF COLLECTION

Self Collection is available for eligible orders at our Bukit Mertajam location.

Please wait until you receive our Collection Ready email before visiting. Orders cannot be collected before the confirmation email has been issued.

COLLECTION PREPARATION

Orders will only be prepared for collection after payment has been successfully received and verified.

The estimated preparation time is 2–3 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders containing backorder items will only be ready for collection after all items have arrived, unless a separate arrangement has been confirmed by our customer service team.

You will receive a Collection Ready email once your order is available for pickup.

URGENT COLLECTION REQUESTS

If you require an order urgently, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

We will try to assist where reasonably possible, but urgent or same-day collection cannot be guaranteed.

Please do not visit the collection location before receiving confirmation from our team.

COLLECTION TIMEFRAME

Please collect your order within 14 working days from the date of the Collection Ready email.

If you are unable to collect within this period, please contact our customer service team before the deadline to discuss the available arrangements.

Orders that are not collected within 14 working days may be arranged for delivery instead. The applicable shipping fee, calculated according to the delivery destination, must be paid before the parcel can be dispatched.

We will attempt to contact the customer using the contact information provided with the order before making alternative arrangements.

Orders that remain unclaimed for more than 3 months from the date of the Collection Ready email, despite reasonable attempts to contact the customer, may be disposed of or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable laws.

Any eligibility for reimbursement will be assessed based on the order status, applicable charges and applicable consumer protection laws.
